Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is UNLAUNDERED AND UNUSED and in its original condition.
We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
If you made the wrong order or wish to make an exchange, please email us as soon as possible at pikorita@yahoo.com with your exchange order. You are responsible for any shipping cost for exchanges or returns.
